Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your consultation or service appointment. The remaining balance is due prior to the session or delivery of service, unless otherwise arranged. Cancellation: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur additional charges, but the deposit will be retained. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged the full service fee. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. "No-shows" (missing an appointment without notice) will forfeit the full payment. Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable. Full payments (including deposit and remaining balance) are only refundable if Impact(FUL) Consulting cancels the appointment. Rescheduling: We are happy to accommodate one reschedule per service, provided it is requested with at least 48 hours’ notice. Further rescheduling may require a new booking and deposit. Travel: For services requiring in-person travel outside of the Detroit metropolitan area, additional travel fees apply as follows: Flat Airfare Fee: $300 for East Coast locations $600 for West Coast locations (including California) Daily Travel Rate: A flat rate of $700 per night will be applied to cover meals, lodging, and ground transportation expenses. Invoice and Payment: Travel costs, including the applicable airfare fee and daily travel rates, will be included in the service invoice and must be paid in full before travel is booked. Impact(FUL) Consulting will handle all travel logistics. Significant changes to itinerary after booking may result in additional fees.
